A Production I.G está trabalhando em uma nova série animada com 24 episódios baseada em Ghost in the Shell.
Será dividida em duas partes, a primeira parte da série será dirigida por Kenji Kamiyama (Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex), e a segunda ficará sob a responsabilidade de Shinji Aramaki (Appleseed).
Não temos nenhum detalhe sobre enredo, porém é sempre bom ficar de olho na Production I.G, eles são os produtores de clássicos como Zillion, Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, Attack on Titan, The End of Evangelion e muito mais.
